Hi,

I don't actually use any add-ons, I use it through the custom google home page. I tend to do all my browsing through Firefox so I just set my iGoogle home as my home page for firefox. I tend to only check my feeds at set times of the day so this works perfectly for me.

I can't say that I've experienced any slow update issues with it.

Now you mention that you use iGoogle to keep track of Blogs via their RSS Feeds. What addon for iGoogle are you using to do that? The Google Reader (reader labs or something)??

Do you find it slow to update? I've heard some people say its slow to update the feeds on their lists I personally use RSS Bandit to keep tabs on the various feeds I've subscribed to or I've memorized their URL and use that to visit them on rotational basis.
