		<description>WiiFit, like any exercise tool will work if the diet is correct and enough calories are burnt.  But it&#039;s not all about cutting calories, remember athletes will consume something like 5-10 times more calories than a normal person, but they do 15 times more exercise than the regular joe to burn it off.</description>
